Yield Pro Agritech Pvt Ltd provides technology-enabled communication, messaging, notification, and customer engagement solutions, including but not limited to WhatsApp Official API messaging, RCS messaging, agricultural communication tools, automation systems, and related digital services.
These Terms define the legal relationship between the Company and its users, clients, customers, or business partners (“User”, “You”, “Your”).

• “Account” means a registered user account created to access the Services.
• “Content” includes text, images, templates, messages, data, or any material transmitted using our Services.
• “Meta Platforms” refers to WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms Inc.
• “RCS” means Rich Communication Services supported by telecom operators and Google.
• “User Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual processed through the Services.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.

We act as a technology service provider and do not control message delivery by telecom operators or Meta platforms.

To use our Services:

6. Account Registration

Users may be required to create an Account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your Account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts providing false or misleading information.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Send spam, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful messages.
• Violate Meta WhatsApp Business Policy or RCS guidelines.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Transmit harmful code, malware, or abusive content.

You are solely responsible for all content sent using our Services.

• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

All prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled.

Users must comply with:

Yield Pro Agritech Pvt Ltd is not responsible for message rejection or account suspension by Meta or telecom providers.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Message delivery depends on third-party platforms and networks.
We do not guarantee:

• Message delivery time
• Delivery success
• End-user availability

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform technology, software, trademarks, and documentation belong exclusively to Yield Pro Agritech Pvt Ltd.
Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, technical, and business information exchanged during the use of Services.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding three months.

• Breach of platform policies

17. Governing Law (India)

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts in Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
